Our goal in serving your customer is to protect the booker’s reputation with their account. We study and adhere to the moving guidelines stated on the pre-move data. Authorizations, rate-levels, and other specialized needs the booker has are all checked and double-checked for compliance. We offer ourselves as an extension of the booker’s reputation. Our goal is to serve the customer in the manner that the booker would serve them.

We serve the booker the entire year. The summer season is extremely busy for any mover but we have a policy that we assist during all seasons.

Our organization is set up to serve a large region. Many times the origin and destination of our shipments are not in Virginia. We serve the mid-Atlantic region through our van line’s authority, the state of Virginia under our own authority, and other areas of the country (van line’s authority) with the same consistent moving services. Our interview program allows us to obtain all of the moving information we need without having to physically look at the shipment. Our Special Operations Teams go in and execute their services and move on to the next area.
