Our interview process was created to obtain the required moving information for our customer's move on a anywhere-anytime basis. Estimated costs, special instructions, a listing of the high risk items, and a summary profile of the various items being moved by the customer are obtained in minutes. We have use this interview method over 2000 times with our customer base. It is simple, quick, and very efficient.
PREMIUM STORAGE
Most customers cringe when they have to store their precious belongings because of the extra handling at the warehouse. We have developed a very unique storage program which we call "premium storage". The customer's shipment stays on their moving van and the entire trailer is stored inside our warehouse. There is no extra handling which means security, safety, and super service for our transferees. The cost for this service is the same as the traditional storage-in-transit fees but there is a tremendous amount of extra goodwill from our customers.
SPECIAL OPERATIONS
Our self-sufficient moving teams play a very important role in our success. When they arrive at the customer's house, they are ready to begin their operation. We take our own crews to pack & load shipments anywhere in Virginia and within a 600 mile radius which includes the mid-Atlantic region. Our specialty is the large move with a lot of valuable items that needs well trained and well prepared crews for top notch service.
