Many of our Customers will call us to make an appointment for the in-home survey. Brian Moody and Roger Moody handle this part of the pre-move service. Susan Sherlin or Revonda Moody will do most of the scheduling for the estimates. Anyone at the office will gladly work with you to book the appointment for either Brian or Roger to come to your home.

In addition, we have conducted thousands of “interviews” with our Customers. Several years ago we developed customized software that helps project the shipment weight and our experience with packing allows us to offer you a very accurate estimate in just minutes. It is a very quick, less time consuming, and it has been proven to be very accurate.
